For US/Domestic delivery, we do find that the US Postal Service Priority Mail can be faster. UPS can take 5-10 business days to arrive.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY - As of January 21, 2018, Priority rates changed. Alaska & Hawaii packages are always sent USPS.
MORE: We are always happy to meet special requests for overnight delivery and we will charge actual fees. Overnight requests must be received in the morning, Mountain Time, for next day delivery, and will be sent via UPS. Just include your request in your comments.
There is NO UPS to Alaska or Hawaii except by special request and actual charges will be applied.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: All International orders are sent in the most economical manner using the US Postal system only. Mail Delivery method is determined by weight of your order. We charge actual postage for all orders; however it is not less than $7.75. We will add the actual postage to your bank card.
Be sure you send us your correct mailing address. Please include the name of your Province.
The majority of our International orders go Flat Rate Priority. We can generally fit 7-8 yards of fabric in a Priority Flat Rate Envelope which is the most cost effective method. However both First Class/Air Mail and Priority Flat Rate Envelopes are classified as First Class mail by the US Postal System and are not tracked, nor are they insurable.
Therefore all First Class Mail and Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelopes sent internationally are at your own risk.
However should your First Class Mail/Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope order not arrive, you must first notify us via email: email@example.com, and begin a dialog with us. We will first ask you to be patient and wait for a period of 90 days from the day we sent the order out. After 90 days if you still have not received your order, we will consider it lost and consider a refund offer up to 50% on items ordered only. The refund will not include postage.
International orders shipped in Flat Rate Medium or Large Priority boxes (determined based on weight of your order, and sadly a costly method) will be insured and added to your total Postage cost. The insurance will be based on the total value of your order. Tracking is available for Flat Rate Priority Medium and Large boxes only. However should the package not arrive, we ask that you notify us via email, firstname.lastname@example.org, and wait for a period of 90 days. After 90 days we will consider options to make this right.
For ALL Canada and International orders, if you do not provide us your correct shipping address, no refund will be considered at all.
There are some countries where we must ask you to take FULL RESPONSIBILITY of your order, such as countries in the Middle East. And there are some countries where we will not accept your order because we will not send orders to that country at all, such as: Nigeria or Somalia
All International orders of $175 or more a credit of $18.90 will be applied to the total shipping cost.
To Canada the Flat Rate Envelope is $24.95; a small flat rate box is $25.95; the medium flat rate box,$47.95 - approximately 18 yards; and the large flat rate box,$62.35 - approximately 28 yards.
For all other International countries, Global Priority Flat Rate pricing now varies by country. For all other International countries postal prices start at $34.95+ for the Global Priority Flat Rate. Global Priority prices also vary greatly if sent in an envelope, small, medium or large flat rate box.
We have been shipping packages Internationally since 1986 and understand how to make your purchase as cost efficient as possible.
RETURN POLICY: Any order whether US/Domestic or International, if you sent us a wrong shipping address, no returns or refunds will be offered at all. Additionally, please check your fabric when it arrives immediately, especially kits to make sure it is all there and correct. We have a 30-day return policy. Although we want you to be happy with our service, in general, we cannot take returns on any item, especially fabric that has already been cut. If for some reason we do take it back, there will be a 30% re-stocking fee on the product only. You are responsible for the shipping cost back to us. We will only refund you the cost of the fabric minus 30%. So please, do not return anything without first contacting us, 208.345.5567 or email@example.com.
